Which years are leap years?
Here is the rule:
You get a Birthday if the year is:
divisible by 4 and
is not divisible by 100 unless
it is divisible by 400
You get a Birthday if the year is:
divisible by 4 and
is not divisible by 100 unless
it is divisible by 400
Was 1700 a leap year? Was 1600? What about 1976?
